为了使政府给予能够提升绿色经济发展能力的企业的鼓励政策得以有效实施,推动绿色发展理念在企业层面得到落实,通过动态不完备信息博弈及其均衡分析,对在信息不完备情况下,政府鼓励政策应如何确定提出政策建议.分析结论为:政府应依据企业承诺的绿色发展效果以及企业承诺合乎实际水平的概率,来确定其资金支持水平,只有这样才能达到较好的政策成效,促使企业层面得以真正实现绿色发展,有效避免因信息不完备而导致以“绿色经济”为名而不当获取支持资金的现象.
