一、提高把档案工作纳入计划管理的认识在企业整顿中,我厂档案工作,纳入了企业整顿之中,同时进行了整顿。 1982年10月,公司召开档案工作会议后,我厂厂长办公会和党委会开会研究决定,把档案工作纳入企业计划管理,作为生产经营计划的一个内容同时下达。厂计划科遵照公司和厂的要求,根据国务院批准的《科学技术档案工作条例》,联系生产工作实际,进一步认识了档案在生产工作中的作用和计划管理与档案工作的关系。我们进行计划管理的任务主要有三条:一是编制和执行企业计划,把企业的全部生产经营活动纳入国家计划;二是组织企业的各种平衡,使企业各个环节和各个方面的活动,在企业的统一计划下,协调配合地进行;三是充分利用企业的人力、物力、财力,取得最大的经济效果。完成这三条任务,都离
