It has been more than three years since we mentioned in our publications the need to correct the division of tuberculosis nursing homes. We consider it inappropriate to classify these sanitariums mainly into two types: (1) for open patients and (2) for closed patients. This issue has been discussed in many meetings on more than one occasion. Most agree with the establishment of the above two types of unified tuberculosis nursing home. We studied 10 closed tuberculosis in 1952
