对38例牙缺失伴局部骨量不足的患者,在牙种植体植入同期,分别采用羟基磷灰石HA、HA加自体骨、脱钙骨和自体骨移植,增加种植床的三维骨量。37例获得成功,1例失败。结果表明:牙种植体植入同期植骨修复局部骨缺损是可行的,有利于拓展种植义齿修复的适应症和提高长期成功率。HA,HA加自体骨、脱钙骨和自体骨均可作为植骨材料,但应根据骨量不足的类型进行选择。
38 cases of dental loss with local bone loss in patients with dental implant implantation at the same period, respectively, with hydroxyapatite HA, HA plus autologous bone, decalcified bone and autologous bone graft, increased three-dimensional bone bed implant. 37 cases were successful, 1 case failed. The results showed that it is feasible to implant the dental implants for the repair of local bone defects in the same period, which is beneficial to expand the indication of implant denture restoration and improve the long-term success rate. HA, HA plus autologous bone, decalcified bone and autologous bone can be used as bone graft material, but should be based on the type of bone loss to choose.
