伪旋毛虫(Trichinella pseudospiralis)是广泛寄生于脊椎动物骨骼肌细胞的旋毛虫形线虫属的一种。幼虫寄生时无包囊形成,且病理损害涉及到肌细胞的全长。幼虫的排泄、分泌物(ES)是引起肌细胞变性的原因之一。目前对伪旋毛虫幼虫ES的抗原成份了解尚少,为此作者用ES免疫血清从伪旋毛虫幼虫cDNA文库中筛选出一重组蛋白,并对其免疫学特性进行了鉴定。 收集伪旋毛虫幼虫的ES并制备幼虫的
Trichinella pseudospiralis is a species of Trichinella that widely parasitizes skeletal muscle cells of vertebrates. No larvae parasitized cyst formation, and pathological damage related to the full length of muscle cells. Larval excretion, secretions (ES) is one of the causes of muscle cell degeneration. At present, there is little understanding of the antigenic components of the pseudotrichum larvae ES. Therefore, the authors screened a recombinant protein from the cDNA library of the pseudotrichum larvae with ES immune serum and identified its immunological properties. ES of pseudotrichum larvae were collected and larvae were prepared
