前言近年来,一些运行时间超过10万小时的高压高温主蒸汽管道,先后发生了弯管裂纹的情况。引起弯管裂纹的原因是多方面的,但从裂纹的部位、形貌来看,大多有一定的规律性。本文对弯管受力的情况进行了分析,并从受力的角度对弯管裂纹原因加以解释。此外,文中对椭圆弯管内压弯曲应力的性质和弯管应力加强系数的选择提出了一些看法,供参考并期展开讨论。
Preface In recent years, some high pressure and high temperature main steam pipelines that have been operating for more than 100,000 hours have successively cracked pipes. There are many reasons that cause cracks in elbows, but most of them have certain regularity from the location and appearance of cracks. In this paper, the bending force is analyzed, and the reason of bending cracks is explained from the stress point of view. In addition, some opinions on the nature of the internal pressure bending stress and the strengthening coefficient of elbow stress are put forward for reference.
