患者王××,男,57岁,汉族,已婚,病人因腹泻自服鲜罌粟花蒴煎剂(用30个蒴加水煎成500毫升)于1982年8月3日上午11时及下午2时各服一次,每次用约10毫升与白酒混合后口服。两次共服煎剂约20毫升(相当1.2个鲜罌粟花蒴煎的水),白酒约3至4两。服药后入睡。入院前家人发现病人面色发绀,呼唤不醒,于当日17时紧急送来医院。查体:体温36.7℃,血压70/50mmHg,呼吸不规则,有时呼吸暂停。呈深昏迷状态,面颊口唇发绀。双瞳孔直径约1mm,对光反应消失。双肺可闻及痰呜音。心音弱,心率120次/分,心律整,未闻及杂音。膀胱充盈。生理反射消失,未引出病理
