当前我国的新股发行仍需监管层审批并达到一定的盈利标准,这决定了上市公司一般业绩优秀且上市时往往处于相对紧俏的状态,进而使得参与新股发行往往能带来较好的收益。因此,如何参与新股发行、分享新股收益备受普通投资者关注。取道公募基金作为个人投资者,参与新股发行的方式无外乎网上申购、网下申购和取道金融产品三类。应选择何种方式参与打新,或是资金该如何在各种打新方式中分配,是投资者最需关注的问题。
