几年的实践使我们体会到:要使工人岗位培训取得较好的效果,应当首先突破普通教育的束缚,以技能训练为核心,着重提高学员动手能力和解决实际问题的能力,建立一种新型的培训模式,使工人岗位培训迅速走出困惑区。在这方面,国际劳工组织开发的模块式技能培训对于我们颇有学习借鉴的意义,是进行工人岗位培训的有效方法。一、MES是进行工人岗位培训的有效方法阿城继电器厂在哈尔滨市机械工业局MES开发研究小组的指导下,从1990年3月份开始试点,经过一年多的实践,效果显著,试点经验有待在全厂推广。其具体作法是:
