目的 :了解长沙市某区不同健康状况居民对食品标签的认知度,为各类人群进行针对性的宣教提供依据。方法 :在该地区采用分层整群随机抽样的方法,按地域分层,使用自制问卷共调查6个社区中3000名居民的基本信息,健康状况和食品标签知识得分。结果 :该区居民食品标签知识平均得分(41.72±14.8);有疾病史的居民得分高于健康人群;316名有疾病史居民中排名前3位的疾病分别是:高血压(21.5%)、糖尿病(18.0%)和心脑血管疾病(16.5%);疾病史不同的居民得分存在差异,其中,糖尿病患者得分最高。结论 :长沙市该区居民对食品标签知识总的认知度不够,影响其得分的主要因素为:居民的健康状况及疾病史的具体种类。影响居民生活质量最主要的3类疾病分别是:高血压、糖尿病和心脑血管疾病。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the residents’ awareness of food labeling in different districts of Changsha City, and to provide the basis for targeted propaganda for all kinds of people. Methods: A stratified cluster random sampling method was adopted in this area. According to the geographical stratification, a questionnaire was used to survey the basic information, health status and food labeling knowledge scores of 3000 residents in 6 communities. Results: The average score of food labeling knowledge of residents in this area was (41.72 ± 14.8). Residents who had a history of disease had higher scores than healthy people. The top 3 diseases among 316 residents with history of illness were hypertension (21.5%), Diabetes mellitus (18.0%) and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (16.5%); residents with different history of disease have different scores, of which diabetes patients scored the highest. Conclusion: The general knowledge of food labeling in Changsha residents is not enough. The main factors influencing their score are: the health status of residents and the specific types of disease history. Affect the quality of life of residents the most important three kinds of diseases are: hypertension, diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
