素质教育的不断的发展对现代初中生物教学工作的开展提出了越来越高的要求。传统的教学工作强调学生的考试能力的提升,重视学生的考试分数。而现代素质教育要求教师在教学的过程中不仅要关注学生的考试能力的发展,同时更加重要的是,教师要关注学生的素质的提升。初中生物教学能够帮助学生更好的认识世界和探索世界,让学生用不一样的视角去观察和体会,这样学生往往能够更好的锻炼自己的能力,提升自己的素养。因此,现代初中生物教学工作的开展要以素质教育的要求来要求自己,积极探索和改革,找到素质教育背景下现代初中生物教学的新的出路。
The continuous development of quality education puts forward higher and higher requirements for the development of modern junior high school biology teaching. The traditional teaching emphasizes the improvement of students ’ability to take exams and attaches importance to the students’ test scores. The modern quality education requires that teachers not only pay attention to the development of students ’ability of examination in the process of teaching, but more importantly, teachers should pay attention to the improvement of students’ qualities. Junior biology teaching can help students to better understand the world and explore the world, so that students can use a different perspective to observe and understand, so that students tend to be able to better exercise their abilities to enhance their literacy. Therefore, the work of modern junior high school biology teaching should demand itself by the requirements of quality education, actively explore and reform, and find a new way of modern junior biology teaching under the background of quality education.
