目的:观察针刺配合关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效。方法:采用针刺(足三里、梁丘、阳陵泉、血海、膝眼、犊鼻)配合关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗本病24例,并设对照组观察。结果:对照组总有效率为62.5%,治疗组总有效率为91.7%。结论:本方法对本病有调节经络气血,通痹止痛,缓解症状,改善关节功能活动的作用。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate on knee osteoarthritis. Methods: Acupuncture (Zusanli, Liangqiu, Yanglingquan, blood sea, knee, calf nose) with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of 24 cases of this disease, and the control group observed. Results: The total effective rate of the control group was 62.5%, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.7%. Conclusion: This method has the effect of regulating meridian qi and blood circulation, relieving pain, relieving symptoms and improving joint function.
