中国房地产及住宅研究会组织各地会员单位参加的代表团,于去年末赴日本出席第二届中日韩国际住房问题研讨会,并在爱知县、大阪市、京都市和东京市进行了考察。在考察中,大家对日本的住房情况,特别是“经济大国,住房小国”的情况有进一步了解。过去访日时,对“住房小国”情况了解较少。日本现有人口1.27亿,土地面积37.7万平方公里,国内生产总值超过4.63万亿美元(以上数值与原稿略有出入,系据2000年末正式统计资料作过调整的——编者注),是名列世界第二的经济大国。日本对外号称全国平均每户住房90平方米,其实这个数是把35%的农民住房合在一起计算的。如果只算城市住房,不少城市户均只有50~60平方米。例如我团这次参观东京的两个小区的新建住房,每套面
The China Real Estate & Housing Research Institute organized delegations from all over the country to attend the second seminar on international housing in China, Japan and South Korea at the end of last year and visited Aichi, Osaka, Kyoto and Tokyo. During the inspection, we learned more about Japan’s housing situation, especially the “economic big country and small housing country.” When visiting Japan in the past, they did not know much about the situation in “small house-state”.
