国内研制和生产视象管已有二十余年。虽然从事这项工作的单位不少,但主要性能和指标的改进进展不大,而且基本上都处在同一水平上。在研制过程中,各单位也都遇到相同的困难。主要光电性能和国外差距很大,按部标测试,国产管一般灵敏度仅在0.15~0.20微安,惰性都在28%以上;而日本同类产品(如7735A)灵敏度则在0.30微安以上,惰性仅百分之十几。为什么国产视象管指标做不上去呢?这就迫使我们关心如下一些问题: 1)我们和国外管水平差距是靶面材料问题还是纯工艺问题?或是兼而有之呢? 2)国外硫化锑视象管的靶面材料是纯的硫化锑还是硫化锑掺杂呢? 为缩短研制周期,我厂硫化锑靶面研制组于1981年初决定对日本7735 A视象管的靶面
