油田在开发过程中,随着地层能量逐渐降低,由于地层供液不足,油井不得不由自喷开采方式转变为机采开采模式,抽油机开采方式具有设备简单、操作方便、维护费用低、综合成本低等特点,是目前油田最常用的采油方式。但抽油机井存在以下问题:一、油井比较分散,集中管理难度大,油井工况参数录取基本靠人工现场录取,测试周期较长,技术人员不能及时掌握现场一手资料;二、机采系统运行效率还不够理想,优化程度较低,主要是由于目前自动化技术在抽油机井上应用较少,大部分控制技术都是短距离小范围研究与应用,控制手段单一;三、机采系统的参数录取数据量较大,普通无线传输技术根本满足不了需要。而机采井节能控制系统能够很好地解决以上难题,该系统可实现对油井管理的自动化、提高机采效率、降低原油生产成本,达到低碳、节能降耗的目的。

The energy-saving control system of machine-mining well can solve the above problems well. The system can realize the automation of well management, improve the efficiency of machine-mining, reduce the production cost of crude oil, and achieve the purpose of low-carbon and energy-saving.
