该文统计分析福建省河流上已建和在建的桥梁、码头和驳岸等30多个涉河项目的防洪评价指标,研究各项技术指标对堤防安全、河势稳定、工程安全等的影响,提出防洪评价的技术指标和评判标准,为保障河道安全、合理规划利用河流资源、项目审批等提供有力的技术依据。研究成果可推广为防洪评价指标技术规定,指导涉河工程规划设计,应用前景广阔。
This paper analyzes the flood control evaluation indexes of more than 30 river-related projects such as bridges, piers and revetments that have been built and under construction in rivers in Fujian Province, and studies the influence of various technical indexes on the safety of embankments, the stability of river regimes and the safety of projects. Put forward technical indicators and evaluation criteria for flood control evaluation, and provide strong technical basis for ensuring river safety, rational planning and utilization of river resources and project approval. The research results can be extended to technical specifications of flood control evaluation index, guide the planning and design of river-related projects, and have broad application prospects.
