针对辽河油田双南等地区沙河街组地层井壁不稳定问题,优选和研制了一种新型的硬脆性泥页岩井壁稳定剂──JHS,并优选出两种较好的防塌钻井液体系。经5口井的现场试验证明,试验井较对比井平均钻井周期缩短58.4d,平均井径扩大率降低16%,电测一次成功率提高22个百分点,具有很好的推广应用前景。
Aiming at the instability of formation of Shahejie Formation strata in Shuangnan area of Liaohe oilfield, a new kind of hard wall stabilizer for shale and shale is optimized and developed, and two better anti-collapse drilling fluid systems . The field test of 5 wells proved that the average drilling time of the test wells was shortened by 58.4 days, the average caliber expansion rate was reduced by 16%, and the success rate of primary electrical measurements was increased by 22%, which has a good prospect of popularization and application.
