本文介绍了以矩阵分析法为基础,在APPLEI微型计算机上实现的分析电子衍射谱的多功能通用计算机程序及运用该程序计算出的电子衍射图表来分析几种常见电子衍射谱的方法。

In this paper, we introduce a versatile computer program to analyze the electron diffraction spectrum based on the matrix analysis method in the APPLEI microcomputer and the method to analyze several common electron diffraction patterns by using the electron diffraction chart calculated by the program.
