Hong Kong Saigon Martyrs Monument Park, located in Tsam Chuk Wan, Hong Kong, was established to commemorate the martyrs who sacrificed to Sai Kung during the Anti-Japanese War. Located in the northeast of Kowloon, Hong Kong, Sai Kung is surrounded by the sea on three sides with rolling hills for easy guerrilla warfare. During the fall of Hong Kong, the patriots in Sai Kung District used their favorable terrain to rise up and fight against the enemy and formed a Hong Kong-Kowloon Independent Brigade with the Civic of the New Territories.
