目的:认识医院药学发展现状,提出医院药学发展的战略,进而推动医院药学的更好发展。方法 :通过对医院药学发展现状的分析,提出发展医学药学的战略性措施和建议。结果:目前,我国医院药学发展现状为临床药物服务人员配备不足,素质低下、医院药师知识结构不合理、专业定位模糊,各项职能不明和药品调剂任务繁重,缺乏专业认同等。结论:医院药学在发展的过程中应该扩大临床药师队伍,提高医院药学人员的专业素质、改善临床药师的知识结构、把握医药发展趋势,提高药学服务能力和范畴和医院制剂,应该由供应保障型向研究开发型进行转变,通过这样的方法促使医院药学更好的发展。
Objective: To understand the status quo of hospital pharmacy, put forward the strategy of hospital pharmacy, and then promote the better development of hospital pharmacy. Methods: Based on the analysis of the current status of hospital pharmacy, the strategic measures and suggestions for the development of medical pharmacy were put forward. Results: At present, the status quo of hospital pharmacy in our country is inadequate and incompetent for clinical drug service personnel, unreasonable knowledge structure of hospital pharmacists, vague professional positioning, unknown functions and heavy dose of drug adjustment tasks, and lack of professional approval. Conclusion: During the course of development, hospital pharmacy should expand the ranks of clinical pharmacists, improve the professional quality of hospital pharmacy personnel, improve the knowledge structure of clinical pharmacists, grasp the trend of medical development, improve the ability and scope of pharmaceutical services and hospital preparations, To change the research and development type, through such methods to promote better development of hospital pharmacy.
