目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对于睾丸扭转的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经手术证实的19例睾丸扭转病例,分析二维图像及彩色血流情况。结果 19例睾丸扭转病例术前超声均诊断正确,诊断符合率100%。早期睾丸扭转病变侧睾丸大小正常,回声均匀,睾丸内血流减少,中晚期扭转睾丸肿大或缩小,回声极不均匀,睾丸内血流消失。结论彩色多普勒超声对于诊断睾丸扭转有较高的敏感性和特异性,是诊断睾丸扭转的首选方法。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of testicular torsion. Methods Retrospective analysis of 19 cases of testicular torsion confirmed by surgery, analysis of two-dimensional images and color flow conditions. Results 19 cases of testicular torsion were diagnosed correctly preoperative ultrasound, the diagnostic coincidence rate of 100%. Early testicular torsion lesions normal side of the testis size, echo uniform, reduced blood flow in the testes, mid-late testicular torsion enlargement or reduction, echogenic very uneven, testicular blood flow disappears. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound is more sensitive and specific for the diagnosis of testicular torsion. It is the first choice to diagnose testicular torsion.
