武汉市人民政府办公厅文件武政办[2013]38号各区人民政府,市人民政府各部门:《市监察局关于2013年执法和效能监察工作的意见》已经市人民政府同意,现转发给你们,请认真贯彻执行。2013年3月20日关于2013年执法和效能监察工作的意见市监察局2013年是全面贯彻落实党的十八大精神的开局之年,也是武汉推进国家中心城市建设的加速之年。为做好2013年执法和效能监察工作,优化发展环境,切实改善民生,确保政令畅通,实现武汉跨越式发展提供有力保障,特提出如下意见:

March 20, 2013 Opinions on 2013 Law Enforcement and Performance Surveillance City Supervisory Bureau 2013 was the first year to fully implement the spirit of the 18th CPC Congress and also an acceleration year for Wuhan to promote the construction of the national central city.
