通过热处理、拉伸性能测试、金相及电镜观察分析,研究了1420Al-Li合金冷轧薄板的各向异性。结果表明,该合金在力学性能及拉伸断裂特征方面均具有明显的各向异性。经过不同的热处理,合金的各向异性程度不同:固溶水冷样比空冷样的最大强度高,各向异性程度也较明显;空冷样σb各向异性程度随时效时间延长稍有增加。合金呈现明显的各向异性是由于其较高程度的轧制变形组织和时效析出相δ′等因素综合作用的结果。
The anisotropy of 1420Al-Li alloy cold-rolled sheet was studied by heat treatment, tensile properties, metallographic and electron microscopic observation. The results show that the alloy has obvious anisotropy in terms of mechanical properties and tensile fracture characteristics. After different heat treatments, the anisotropy of the alloys is different: the maximum strength of solution-cooled water samples is higher than that of air-cooled samples, and the degree of anisotropy is also obvious. The degree of anisotropy of air-cooled samples increases slightly with the increase of aging time. The apparent anisotropy of the alloy is due to the combined effect of its higher degree of rolling deformation microstructure and the δ ’precipitating phase.
