女同性恋是社会中一个少数而又独特的群体,主流社会的边缘化使她们对自我身份认同出现困惑和障碍,本文尝试运用增权理论,挖掘女同性恋者的潜能,推动她们的能力建设,减少或消除无权感,实现增权。
Lesbianism is a minority and unique group in society. The marginalization of the mainstream society makes them confused and obstacle to self-identity.
