江苏省盐城市明达中学“新荷文学社”成立于1998年金秋,社训是“先成人,后成才”;“以人为本,张扬个性,陶冶性灵,立足实践,锐意创新”是全体社员努力拼搏的目标。在新荷文学社社长朱庆和老师的辅导下,举办文学讲座,开读书会,举行朗诵比赛,编社刊(校报“云苑”副刊),走进社会采风、调查。“新荷”受到同学们的青睐和社会的认可。该社已经在全国、省、市级报刊上和中学生作文大赛中,发表或获奖100余人次,不少佳作入选作文集。
