本文是研究环剥对桃果实生长第Ⅱ期和第Ⅲ期以及采后品质的影响。结果表明,在果实生长第Ⅱ期开始时对主枝进行环剥,其果实生长速率可提高29%;在果实生长Ⅲ期进行环剥并不能增加生长速率。Ⅱ期环剥其生长期缩短了4天,果实成熟也相应提早。环剥枝果实的裂核率由14%增加到32%,并使果实在低温贮藏期出现生理失调茸毛霉变增多24%。
This article is to study the effect of circumcision on the second and third stages of peach fruit growth and post-harvest quality. The results showed that when the main branch was girdled at the beginning of the second stage of fruit growth, the fruit growth rate could be increased by 29%. In the third stage of fruit growth, girdling did not increase the growth rate. Gynostemma period of its shortened growth period of 4 days, the corresponding fruit earlier maturity. The rate of fission of ring peeled branches increased from 14% to 32%, and the fruit showed a physiological imbalance at storage period of low temperature.
