介绍了高压焊接工艺研究试验装置的总体方案 ,重点讨论了高压焊接试验舱的结构设计及其关键问题 ,即基于疲劳分析的本体结构设计、快开锁紧结构设计、安全连锁装置设计等问题。其中 ,快开锁紧结构的设计 ,采用了具有弹性接触的有限元应力分析法。为加工、制造国内第 1套全尺寸高压干式焊接舱奠定了基础。
The overall scheme of high pressure welding technology research test equipment is introduced. The structure design of high pressure welding test chamber and its key problems are discussed in detail, which are the design of ontology structure, the design of quick lock system and the design of safety interlock device based on fatigue analysis. Among them, the design of quick-open locking structure adopts the finite element stress analysis method with elastic contact. For the processing, manufacturing the first set of full-size high-pressure dry-type welding tank laid the foundation.
