目的了解重症监护室(ICU)医务人员手卫生依从性,分析其影响因素。方法采用问卷调查法对荆州市第一人民医院ICU临床医务人员手卫生状况进行了调查。结果该医院ICU医务人员手卫生依从性平均执行率为52%。进行侵入性操作或无菌操作前的手卫生依从性最好,执行率达到100%。结论该医院ICU医务人员手卫生依从性较低,责任意识和相关知识欠缺,需要加强培训和完善洗手设施。
Objective To understand the hand hygiene compliance of medical staff in intensive care unit (ICU) and analyze the influencing factors. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on the hand hygiene status of ICU clinical staff in Jingzhou First People’s Hospital. Results The average implementation rate of hand hygiene compliance of medical personnel in ICU was 52%. Hand hygiene compliance prior to invasive or aseptic procedures is best with an implementation rate of 100%. Conclusion The medical staff of ICU in the hospital have low hand hygiene compliance, lack of awareness of responsibility and related knowledge, and need to strengthen training and improve hand washing facilities.
