目的:探讨野鸢尾中8种异黄酮成分与其抗炎作用的相关关系。方法:用HPLC法测定不同产地野鸢尾药材中射干苷、野鸢尾苷、鸢尾黄素、鸢尾甲黄素B、鸢尾甲黄素A、野鸢尾黄素、白射干素及次野鸢尾黄素等8种异黄酮含量;以LPS诱导RAW264.7巨噬细胞建立细胞炎症反应模型,以Griess试剂法测定NO释放量;并用SPSS软件与异黄酮成分进行相关分析。结果:不同产地野鸢尾中均检出上述8种异黄酮成分,对LPS诱导小鼠巨噬细胞RAW264.7中NO的生成量均有显著抑制作用,相关分析结果表明,白射干素与NO生成量正相关,其它7种异黄酮成分与NO生成量负相关。结论:野鸢尾中异黄酮成分与其抗炎作用有相关关系。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between 8 isoflavones and their anti-inflammatory effects in Iris. Methods: HPLC method was used to determine the contents of canthaxanthin, wild tectorigen, irisanthin, irisoftin B, irisanthin A, wild tectorigenin, 8 kinds of isoflavone content; LPS-induced RAW264.7 macrophages model of inflammatory cells were measured by Griess reagent NO release; and SPSS software and isoflavone components were analyzed. Results: The above 8 isoflavones were detected in different areas of Iris, which inhibited the production of NO in LPS-induced macrophages RAW264.7 significantly. The correlation analysis showed that the production of NO and The other seven isoflavones were negatively correlated with NO production. Conclusion: The content of isoflavones in Iris is related to its anti-inflammatory effects.
