前 言: 目前我国在各种压缩机的自动阀中,广泛采用30CrMnsiA钢作为阀片材料(压缩机包括一般空气压缩机,氨压缩机及高压氮氫气压缩机),为了保证压缩机正常运转提高阀片的使用寿命是重大关键之一。因此国内各有关单位根据需要进行了大量的研究工作,并取得了一系列成果。在各个研究工作中,包括内容极其广阔,诸如:阀片结构设计;加工工艺过程;阀门在工作时的脈动情况等等,而特别多的工作集中在研究与提高阀片寿命直接有关的热处理方法上。
