根据我国经济发展趋势,估计较长时期内,我国散货物资绝大部分的内外贸易运输将利用海运,这样就需要建设现代化的港口。同时为了进入国际市场,必须提高装卸效率,降低运输成本。目前的运输船舶有向大型化发展趋势,因此斗输取料机合理的布局和能力的选择将是重要的环节之一,应给予足够的重视。下面介绍我国目前正在建设的大型煤炭出口码头料场斗轮取料机布局、能力的选择分析,供今后建设类似工程参考。该码头在初步设计阶段,由于对国外料场设备了解不多,当时只有部分人员与美国欧巴公司进行过技术座谈。该公司认为选用6000吨/小时的斗轮取料机造价特高,技术上缺乏经验,制造经验也不足,加之国外采用大能力的取料机限数尚少,所以为慎重起见,当时就选取了两台串联能力为3000吨/小时的斗轮取料机。随着时间的推移,通过赴日技术考察和与多家厂商技术交流,早就发现了一些问题,但由于各方面因素,未能修改。现对上述问题分析如下:
