深静脉血栓形成是各种手术后最常见的併发症壳岸匝ㄐ纬杉捌洳难现睾蠊?即肺栓塞和血栓形成后综合征的预防和治疗仍无统一的意见。近来有些报导提示纤溶治疗对自发性深静脉血栓形成有效,但对术后血栓形成的治疗仅少数报告有价值。作者报告11例术后立即作纤溶治疗的经验。成年病人10例,其中男性8例,女性2例;另1例是6月的女孩。8例具有腿痛、水肿、皮肤温度升高和浅静脉扩张等典型临床征象;另3例无明显体征,但有肺栓塞的症状。诊断均经上行性静脉造影证实,除1例用warfarin治疗外,其余10例未用抗凝药物防治。
Deep venous thrombosis is the most common complication after various operations. 岸 岸 ㄐ ㄐ ㄐ 杉 杉 捌 现 Difficult to find the cockroaches? Some recent reports suggest that fibrinolytic therapy is effective for spontaneous deep venous thrombosis but only a small number of reports of postoperative thrombosis have been reported. The authors report 11 cases of fibrinolysis immediately after surgery experience. There were 10 adult patients, including 8 males and 2 females. The other 1 was a girl from June. Eight patients had typical clinical signs of leg pain, edema, skin temperature increase and superficial venous dilatation. The other three patients had no obvious signs but had the symptoms of pulmonary embolism. The diagnosis was confirmed by ascending venography, in addition to a case of warfarin treatment, the remaining 10 cases without anticoagulant control.
