法律英语是目前中国法学本科生的必修课程。当前,法律英语教材专业性太强或综合性太强,甚或以案例翻译为主,教师教学中照本宣科,教学方式单一,很少使用多媒体教学,法律英语专业师资力量参差不齐,这些问题的存在使法律英语专业的教学目的难以实现。为此,法律英语专业应以实践性内容为导向,统一选编教材内容,在激发学生学习积极性的前提下,教学应以实用为目标,培养学生听说读写的综合能力。
Legal English is a required course for law undergraduates in China. At present, legal English teaching materials are too professional or comprehensive, or even case-based. There are many problems in the teaching of teachers, such as syllabary, single teaching method, infrequent use of multimedia teaching, uneven ability of legal English majors, and the existence of these problems So that the purpose of legal English teaching difficult to achieve. For this reason, legal English major should be based on practical content and select the content of teaching materials. Under the precondition of arousing the enthusiasm of students, teaching should be practical and aim to cultivate students’ comprehensive abilities of listening, speaking, reading and writing.
