油门控制是挖掘机的重要控制内容之一,油门不但控制整机挖掘时发动机的转速,还控制整机行走时发动机的转速。针对轮式挖掘机挖掘和行走时的油门控制问题,以MW156型轮式挖掘机为试验对象,结合实际要求,考虑装配、加工、润滑等问题,设计一种工程机械用油门控制机构。该机构能够对行走和挖掘时的油门分别进行单独控制,两种控制操作互不影响,且结构紧凑,有效节约了布置空间。
Throttle control is one of the important control contents of the excavator. The throttle not only controls the speed of the engine when digging, but also controls the speed of the engine when the machine is walking. Aimed at the problem of throttle control in excavation and walking of wheeled excavators, the MW156 wheeled excavator is taken as the test object, and a throttle control mechanism for engineering machinery is designed considering the actual requirements, assembly, machining and lubrication issues. The agency can walk and excavation of the throttle individually controlled, the two control operations do not affect each other, and the compact structure, effectively saving the layout space.
