一、概述我国石棉资源丰富,种类齐全,分布全国绝大多数省、市、自治区,已探明的温石棉的储量仅次于加拿大和苏联,居世界第三位。但目前我国长纤维石棉的产量只能满足需要量的40％。许多矿山开采损失率很大,井下矿基本上采一半丢一半,计入选矿加工的损失,总的资源利用只有25％。从目前状况看,我国石棉生产无论是产量还是劳动生产率都是很低的,和工业发达国家相比差距很大,其主要原因是设备能力小、效率低,大部份矿山机械水平低,工艺落后,没有使用任何自动化控制和电子技术,企业管理水平低等,这些都是需要改进的。
I. Overview Asbestos in our country is rich in resources and has a complete range of distribution. The vast majority of provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions throughout China have the proven reserves of asbestos after Canada and the Soviet Union, ranking the third in the world. However, the production of long fiber asbestos in our country can only meet 40% of the required amount. Many mining loss rate is very large, mine half mine basically lost half, included in processing losses, the total resource utilization is only 25%. Judging from the current situation, the production of asbestos in our country is very low both in output and in labor productivity, which is quite different from that in developed countries. The main reason is that the equipment has low capacity and low efficiency, and most of the mines have a low level of machinery. Outdated, without using any automation and electronic technology, low level of business management, these are things that need improvement.
