中国共产党党员,鲁迅美术学院原党委副书记陈凤章同志,因病医治无效,于1992年5月26日凌晨1时逝世,终年六十七岁.陈凤章同志,辽宁盖县人,1925年5月生.1946年4月参加革命军队,历任副排长、排长、军务科参谋、副科长、科长、工兵主任.副团长、团长、师后勤部长、师副参谋长等职.1973年3月转业到鲁迅美术学院任革委会副主任、党委副书记.1983年4月4日离职休养.陈凤章同志忠于党、忠于人民的解放事业,忠于人民军队的建设,忠于党的教育事业,数十年如一日,艰苦奋斗,勤奋工作,鞠躬尽瘁.解放战争时期,先后参加了辽沈、平津和海岛等战役的多次战斗,并多次立功受奖;解放后,曾参加抗美援朝
