目的:探讨医院心理咨询门诊中中年人群体的心理特征,并了解其偏离一般群体的程度,进一步探讨导致了这种问题的原因.方法:采用明尼苏达多项人格测验量表(MMPI)对心理咨询门诊中64名中年人群体进行调查,并对收集的数据进行统计学分析.结果:研究发现,中年人异常因子排位前3的依次为:精神衰弱>癔病>精神病态;男女两性在癔病和神经质两个因子上存在显著性差异(t=-2.798,-2.160;PPd;there were a significant differences between men and women in hysteria and neuroticism (t =-2.798,-2.160;P <0.05),and the scores of women were significantly higher than those of men.There were significant differences among the middle-aged people of different educational backgrounds in Mf,Pt,Sc(F =2.730,2.483,2.765,2.807,2.837;P<0.05).There were significant differences among the occupational type between Hs,Hy,Mf,Pt,Sc (F = 2.326, 3.344,2.581,2.361;P <0.05).There was no significant difference in age factor between the two factors,while educa-tion level was negatively correlated with Hs.Conclusion:There are quite a lot of psychological state deviation in mid-dle-aged people in psychological counseling clinic,which has obvious psychological problems and needs intervention in time.
