初中化学作为中学生接触系统化学的入门课程,其重要性不言而喻,学生在这一阶段养成的学习习惯和学习方法对其今后的学习有着重要影响,而在这一阶段,教师则担当着人生导师的重要职责,该种职责要求教师能够制定出有效的教学方案,激发学生的学习兴趣,培养学生的思维能力和创造能力,这样才能在提高教学质量的同时,为学生打下良好的“地基”.本文从初中化学教学现状入手,分析现有教学中突显的问题,从而探讨能够解决问题的对策.
