社会主义国家(本文仅涉及经互会各成员国),这些年来在渔业领域里通过双边与多边协议的渠道,如建立黑海专属经济区等,对渔业的资源普查、开发、合理利用与保护等方面作了不少有益的努力.本文着重对经互会各成员国在渔业方面的状况与前景作一概述.它对我国今后在与经互会各成员国发展有关的双边关系时具有一定的参考价值。
