针对我国土地管理信息系统使用的现状与Web系统的弊端，在工作流技术的基础上整合RIA Flex富客户端技术及J2EE企业级平台，并应用于阜新市国土资源局土地储备交易管理系统。对该系统的实际设计及客户使用结果表明，固定的工作流技术提高客户的工作效率，RIA Flex与J2EE整合降低系统设计的复杂度，同时解决不同浏览器之间的兼容性的问题。,In view of the present situation and disadvantages of using Web system of China’s land management information system, based on the workflow technology which integrates the RIA Flex rich client technology and J2EE enterprise platform, and applies it to Fuxin City Land Resources Bureau land reserve transaction management system. The results of practical design and customer for the use of the system show that, the workflow technology fixed enhance customer’s working efficiency, RIA Flex and J2EE integration reduces the complexity of system design, and solves the problem of different browser compatibility.
