学习精益生产方式,必须全面系统地理解精益思想,并要结合自身工作特点,有针对性地推行精益方式,不能盲目照搬精益生产方式方法。对照精益思想,在工作中找差距,以便改进工作,不断提高工作质量和效率。 我们工艺二室承担全厂新产品的零件机械加工工艺编制及生产服务工作,其中包括材料定额的编制和数控机床编程任务。二室的工作将直接影响着准备计划的执行和完成以及怎样提供准时、优质的工艺服务以保证生产顺利进行。
To learn lean production methods, we must fully and systematically understand lean thinking, and we must adopt a lean approach in accordance with the characteristics of our work, and we must not blindly copy lean production methods. With reference to lean thinking, we must find gaps in our work in order to improve our work and continuously improve the quality and efficiency of our work. Our Craft Room 2 is responsible for the preparation of the mechanical processing technology and production services for parts of the new products of the whole plant, including the compilation of material quotas and the programming tasks of CNC machine tools. The work in the second room will directly affect the execution and completion of the preparation plan and how to provide punctual and high-quality processing services to ensure smooth production.
