[目的 ]对 0 .9%苏·阿可湿性粉剂进行急性毒性试验 ,为农药登记提供毒性资料。 [方法 ]按照GB15 6 70 1995《农药登记毒理学试验方法》进行。 [结果 ]急性经口毒性试验 ,剂量分别以2 0 0 0、2 715、36 85、5 0 0 0mg/kg给予。将样品空腹灌胃 0 5h后 ,雌雄大鼠均有对外界刺激反应迟钝、抽搐、麻痹、四肢瘫痪、眼球微量出血、腹泻等中毒表现 ,2 4h后多数实验动物逐渐恢复正常。 2 715、36 85、5 0 0 0mg/kg剂量组 ,分别有 2、4、5只雄性大鼠死亡 ,而雌性大鼠各剂量组无一只动物死亡。经计算 ,雄性大鼠急性经口LD50 为 2 974 4mg/kg ,95 %可信区间为 2 5 11 31~ 35 2 2 9mg/kg ;雌性大鼠急性经口LD50 大于 5 0 0 0mg/kg ;雌雄大鼠急性经皮毒性试验 ,涂敷 2 0 0 0mg/kg无任何不良反应 ,LD50 均大于 2 0 0 0mg/kg ;样品 5 0 %糊状受试物一次接触动物皮肤 ,对家兔皮肤刺激反应积分均值为 0 ,属无刺激性 ;样品 10 0倍稀释液 ,不冲洗的条件下 ,对家兔眼睛平均刺激指数为 0 ,属无刺激性 ;样品 5 0 %糊状受试的在皮肤多次致敏接触实验动物 ,并经激发后未见动物有红斑、水肿过敏反应 ,致敏率为 0 ,表明该受试物属弱致敏物。 [结论 ] 0 9苏·阿可湿性粉剂属低毒农药 ;对实验动物皮肤及粘膜无刺激性 ;不引起实?
