目的 观察果柚对家兔实验性高脂血症的影响。方法 将 2 4只家兔随机分为正常对照组、模型组、果柚组和橙皮甙组 ,每组 6只。正常对照组给予普通饲料 ,模型组给予高脂饲料喂养 ,实验组在喂高脂饲料的同时 ,分别加果柚汁或橙皮甙一同喂养。每组在实验前耳缘静脉注射牛血清白蛋白。实验 3wk及 6wk后耳缘静脉取血 ,检测血脂水平。结果 实验 3wk及 6wk后 ,果柚组及橙皮甙组与模型组比较 ,动物血清总胆固醇 (serumtotalcholesterol,TC)明显降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,甘油三脂 (triglyceride ,TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (lowdensitylipoproteincholesterol,LDL C)也有显著降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (highdensitylipoproteincholesterol,HDL C)无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 果柚、橙皮甙能降低血清TC、TG、LDL -C水平。
Objective To observe the effect of grapefruit on experimental hyperlipidemia in rabbits. Methods Twenty-four rabbits were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, grapefruit group and hesperidin group, with 6 in each group. The normal control group was given normal feed, while the model group was fed with high fat diet. The experimental group fed with high fat diet and grapefruit juice or hesperidin respectively. Bovine serum albumin (BSA) was intravenously injected into the ear of each group before the experiment. Experimental 3wk and 6wk ear vein blood, blood lipid levels. Results After 3 weeks and 6 weeks of the experiment, the serum total cholesterol (TC) of the grapefruit group and the hesperidin group were significantly lower than those of the model group (P <0.01), triglyceride (TG) There was also a significant decrease in low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL C) (P <0.05) and no significant difference in high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL C) (P> 0.05). Conclusions Pomelo and hesperidin can lower serum TC, TG and LDL-C levels.
