笔者把玻碳汞膜同位镀汞电极的半微分溶出法应用于人发中Cu、Pb、Cd的测定,为此对人发体系的实验条件进行了试验。结果选择加有丙酮的0.1MKCl-NaAr/HAc为底液。富集电位≤1.1伏(VS:Ag-AgCl电极)终止电位不能比零队更正。测定pH则铅铜pH为4,镉pH为5另外要特别注意防止玻碳电极上金属互化物的形成。这就要降低溶液浓度,碱少富集时间,以及不让电极沾污等。头发经清洗、干燥,硝酸高氯酸湿法消化后,分别配制成一定底液成份的测定液,通氮除■富集一定时间,反向溶出,记录e-E曲线。分别用标准加入法计算得Cd、Pb、Cu含量。
The author applied the semi-differential dissolution method of glassy carbon mercury film in-situ mercury electrode to the determination of Cu, Pb and Cd in human hair. To this end, the experimental conditions of human hair system were tested. The results choose to add acetone 0.1MKCl-NaAr / HAc as the bottom liquid. The contents of Cd, Pb and Cu were calculated by standard addition method respectively.
