目的观察甲氨蝶呤(MTX)、米非司酮联合中药保守治疗输卵管妊娠临床疗效。方法58例病人随机分为中西医结合组30例米非司酮100mg/次,1次/d服用3d;MTX50mg/m2,一次注射;中药1剂/d,,连服7~10d治疗。对照组(西药组)28例米非司酮100mg/次,1次/d服用3d;MTX50mg/m2,一次注射。治疗期间严密观察腹疼、阴道流血和生命体征改变。结果治愈率、血β-HCG降至正常时间、宫外孕包括吸收时间中西医结合组均明显优于西医组(P<0.05)。结论本资料研究,中西医结合治疗宫外孕,不仅能提高治愈率,还能缩短治愈时间,适合临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of methotrexate (MTX) and mifepristone in combination with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of tubal pregnancy. Methods Fifty-eight patients were randomly divided into three groups: 30 cases of mifepristone 100mg / times, once a day for three days; MTX50mg / m2, a single injection; Chinese medicine 1 / d, even for 7 to 10d treatment. Results The cure rate, blood β-HCG decreased to normal time, ectopic pregnancy including absorption time of Integrative Medicine group were significantly better than Western medicine group (P <0.05). Conclusion This data research, the combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment of ectopic pregnancy, not only can improve the cure rate, but also shorten the cure time, suitable for clinical promotion.
