我县没有单独成立教研室,教研工作由县教师进修学校分管。我校的教研工作是从1978年开始恢复、发展起来的。我们认为,教研工作主要是探索教学规律,在教学领域里贯彻党的教育方针,促使学生德、智、体全面发展,工作的重点应放在研究教材、教法和学生的学习方法上去。县的教研工作主要应面向小学,同时兼顾初中。据此,我们建立了三级教研网,把全县群众性的教研活动广泛地开展了起来;在此基础上,又以改进课堂教学为中心,着重研究狠抓“双基”,培养能力,发展智力的问题。
My county did not set up a separate teaching and research section. The teaching and research work was managed by the county teacher training school. The teaching and research work of our school has been restored and developed since 1978. We believe that teaching and research work is mainly to explore the laws of teaching.
