以厚度0.05 mm的Zn或Ni箔作为中间层材料,对3 mm厚的2A14铝合金和TC4钛合金进行搅拌摩擦焊焊接。研究了不同工艺参数下Zn和Ni对Ti/Al异种金属搅拌摩擦焊接头组织和性能的影响。结果表明:当添加Zn中间层时,在旋转速度为375 r/min、焊接速度为75 mm/min时,接头抗拉强度达到237.3 MPa,为铝合金母材抗拉强度的56.7%。同样参数下,添加Ni中间层后,能显著减少接头中脆性相TiAl_3,接头抗拉强度提高到285.3 MPa,达到铝合金母材抗拉强度的68%。接头断裂方式呈脆性+韧性混合型断裂。
The 3 mm thick 2A14 aluminum alloy and TC4 titanium alloy were friction stir welded with Zn or Ni foil of 0.05 mm thickness as the intermediate layer material. The effects of Zn and Ni on the microstructure and properties of Ti / Al dissimilar metal friction stir welded joints under different process parameters were studied. The results show that when the Zn intermediate layer is added, the tensile strength of the joint reaches 237.3 MPa at a rotation speed of 375 r / min and a welding speed of 75 mm / min, which is 56.7% of the tensile strength of the base metal of the aluminum alloy. Under the same parameters, the addition of Ni interlayer can significantly reduce the brittle phase TiAl_3 joint, tensile strength of the joint increased to 285.3 MPa, up to 68% of the tensile strength of the aluminum alloy base metal. Joint fracture mode brittle + ductile mixed fracture.
