玉米胚性愈伤组织的诱导率直接影响玉米遗传转化效率。本研究利用N6培养基诱导玉米幼胚产生胚性愈伤组织,以筛选玉米转基因受体材料。从215个玉米基因型中筛选出28个胚性愈伤组织诱导率较高的材料,其中,6个基因型的诱导率高于对照A188和Hi-II。基因型“吉V130”胚性愈伤组织诱导率最高,作为受体材料进行转基因研究中,获得了较高的转化效率。该基因型在今后玉米基因功能研究和基因工程育种中可作为重要的受体材料。
The induction rate of embryogenic callus in maize directly affects the maize genetic transformation efficiency. In this study, embryogenic callus was induced from immature embryos of maize using N6 medium to screen maize transgenic receptor materials. A total of 28 maize embryogenic calli were screened from 215 maize genotypes. Among them, 6 genotypes were higher than those of A188 and Hi-II. The genotype “Ji V130” had the highest induction rate of embryogenic callus, and higher transformant efficiency was obtained in the transgenic study as a receptor material. This genotype can be an important acceptor material in the future research of maize gene function and genetic engineering breeding.
