本文从理论上分析了准光腔由于耦合孔的存在;凹面反射镜面与高斯波束等相位面不吻合;以及镜面的有限电导率这三项因素引起的谐振频率偏移,并计算了上述因素导致的ε■和τg的测量误差,文章还推导了变腔长法测Q的关系式,并提出了增加一个测量参数以消除ε■计算的不确定性,文章最后给出了用自制8mm波段准光腔测试聚四氟乙烯、水晶等材料的测试结
This paper theoretically analyzes the quasi-optical cavity due to the existence of the coupling hole; concave mirror surface does not match with the Gaussian beam phase plane; and the limited conductivity of the mirror caused by the resonance frequency offset of these three factors, and calculated the above factors lead to The measurement error of ε ■ and τg is also deduced.
