本文建立了微机自动控制动物条件性位置偏爱系统。由计算机在实验进行的过程中对有关信息数据进行记录、分析、图示 ,定期完成实验。结果输出到打印机 ,并存盘保存。本系统配制不同的穿梭箱 ,可完成不同类型动物的条件性位置偏爱实验。用本方法对大鼠进行吗啡位置偏爱实验 ,注射吗啡组大鼠在白盒 (伴药盒 )中停留时间为673.9s±s76.5s ,注射盐水组大鼠在白盒中停留时间为327.6s±s137.8s ,P<0.05。表明吗啡具有位置偏爱效应 ,说明该方法的应用是成功的。
This article established a computer-controlled animal conditional position preference system. By the computer during the experiment carried out on the relevant information and data recording, analysis, iconic, regular completion of the experiment. The result is output to the printer and saved. The system preparation of different shuttle box, can be completed different types of animal conditional position preference experiment. Morphine position preference test was carried out in this method. The rats in morphine group stayed for 673.9s ± s76.5s in white box (with kit), while those in saline group were 327.6s ± s137.8s, P <0.05. It shows that morphine has the position preference effect, which shows that the application of this method is successful.
